Foundational Teacher Training
There are two options for the 200 Hour Ghosh Yoga Foundational Level Teacher Training: one option is entirely online, the other is a hybrid training featuring online material and an in-person immersion. Both versions cover the same material. Participants learn functional anatomy, histories and philosophies of yoga, posture analysis and teaching techniques. All participants receive personalized teaching feedback regularly. Participants are given a personal practice routine to follow consisting of both asana and seated pranayama.
Advanced Teacher Training
This training consist of immersive study and practice of postures, breathing, meditation, complex anatomy, history, philosophy, ethics and teaching methods. This is a hybrid style training with online video lectures and an in-person immersion. The training focus on advancing understanding of the body, breath, mind and ultimately, the self.

Keep your students safe and teach the beneficial practices for health and sustainability on and off the mat. This program discusses the central joints and muscles in the body. Learn the postures and exercises that are both safe and beneficial. In addition, learn to modify postures to accommodate a wide variety of students while maintaining the central purposes and benefits of a yoga practice. |
