REFUND POLICIES

practice week & teaching week

Deposit is required to reserve your spot in Practice Week and Teaching Week. Submission of an entry form is not sufficient to reserve a spot. Deposit is non-refundable except in the following circumstances, both of which are required to allow a refund of deposit: 1) you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before the beginning of the Week, and 2) your spot, which had been held by your deposit, is then filled by someone else. If your spot goes unfilled, your deposit will not be refunded.

Balance is refundable with cancellation up until 30 days before the beginning of the Week. Refund of deposit is subject to the clause above.

In the event that the Week itself is cancelled or rescheduled, you will receive a full refund including your deposit. In the case of a reschedule, you will have the option to put your deposit or balance toward future Weeks. (This clause has come into effect recently due to the global pandemic."

online workshops

For online workshops, full refunds are available up until 24 hours before the workshop begins. Within 24 hours of its start, no refunds will be given. If a series of workshops begins on Saturday at 10am, no refunds will be given after 10am Friday.

in-person workshops

For in-person workshops, refund policies vary depending on location and host studio. Registration generally goes through the host studio, so check their site for refund information.

online teacher training

For online teacher training, deposit, balance or any payments are refundable up until 24 hours prior to start of training. After this point (24 hours prior to start of training), deposit is non-refundable.

Balance is refundable in a prorated fashion according to the amount of training completed.

in-person teacher training

For in-person teacher training, a deposit is required to reserve your spot. The deposit is refundable if you cancel your registration more than 30 days before Training starts.
