OVERVIEW & SUMMARY

There are two options for the 200 Hour Ghosh Yoga Foundational Level Teacher Training Program: this option is entirely online, with self paced video lectures and live online sessions.

You will learn functional anatomy and the histories and philosophies of yoga through video series lectures. You will have a schedule to follow to ensure you are prepared for the live online sessions. However, you will have freedom to adjust your personal study and practice to suit your schedule.

You will learn to address the needs of different student populations, different class lengths and difficulties, making you a versatile and effective teacher.

You will receive personalized teaching feedback regularly, and refine your understanding and teaching over time. The benefit of the longer course, is the ability to integrate the information effectively.

"The Ghosh Foundational Level Teacher Training is an exceptional program. I found it especially beneficial that the duration of the program spanned a period of 8 months, which allowed me to fully process the material and put it into practice, as well as develop meaningful connections. I whole-heartedly recommend joining this program if you are wanting to further your own study of yoga history and philosophy; anatomy, asana and pranayama; and develop valuable teaching techniques." -Jessica

"I took this course not to become a teacher, but to expand and deepen and provide some accountability for my own practice. It was hugely beneficial for all of those goals. The material, the community, the practice - everything was so helpful. Scott and Ida are amazing teachers: clear, focused, supportive, open, knowledgeable, generous. You will not regret taking this course." -Nancy

"The Ghosh Yoga Foundational Teacher Training was a great experience! The length, depth, and breadth of the course enabled me to take true ownership of my personal practice, including pranayama and breathing, asana, and study. I'm now confident in my ability to develop asana practices and to execute them safely, whether for myself or others. While the course requires dedicated effort over a fairly long period of time, that time and effort does pay off. My practices have improved, my foundational knowledge has increased, and I've incorporated all of this into my life. Highly recommend this course for anyone with the motivation and dedication to do the work at home!" – Leah
