OVERVIEW & SUMMARY

This is a continuing education opportunity for yoga teachers. 
​
Refine your understanding of the fundamental and functional aspects of the body in yogic practice. Keep your students safe and teach the beneficial practices for health and sustainability on and off the mat. Explore what a sustainable practice looks like for your students. 

Increase your demand as a yoga teacher with the ability to truly teach students of all ability levels including: those with injuries, elders, beginners, anyone with limited range of motion and those afraid to move. 

This program discusses the central joints and muscles in the body, focusing on their use and healthy functional range of motion. Learn the postures and exercises that are both safe and beneficial.

​In addition, learn to modify postures to accommodate a wide variety of students while maintaining the central purposes and benefits of a yoga practice.

Learn to approach the body in a way that ensures it can be strong, stable and mobile at any age.

Refine your ability to see your students as individuals with unique needs. 

​***Please note: This is not a replacement for the 200 Hour Teacher Training Course. This is available to those who are already certified as yoga teachers. ​
