This course includes extensive lessons in functional anatomy, histories and philosophies of yoga, and postures analysis. Additionally you will have 8 asana classes and 9 pranayama classes to practice from, which build in difficulty and complexity and follow the rest of the course material. You can join in the online Zoom sessions, but it is not required.
- This course counts toward continuing education credits with Yoga Alliance or OHYA
- A participation certificate is given upon completion of all material and online sessions.
