FOUNDATIONAL LEVEL TEACHER TRAINING (200 hour)
ONLINE :: January – September 2023
HYBRID :: Online March – June 2023; one week in person June 2023, Tampa, FL
You will learn functional anatomy and the histories and philosophies of yoga through video series lectures. You will have a schedule to follow to ensure you are prepared for the live online portions of the training. However, you will have freedom to adjust your personal study and practice to suit your schedule.
You will learn to address the needs of different student populations, different class lengths and difficulties, making you a versatile and effective teacher.

Deposit: $300 to reserve your spot.
Serves as first payment for those on the payment plan.
Payment options:
- Pay in full. Deposit of $300 plus $2,500
- Two installments. Deposit of $300 plus two payments of $1,250
- 10 payments of $300. First payment as deposit. Nine monthly payments thereafter. Applies to fully online training only.
