Ideally Ghosh Yoga is individualized, with different practices and focuses for each student. But due to the nature of modern yoga studios it is more common to have classes and sequences that are done by large groups of people. Some even attend or teach the same class day after day.
We have often been asked about "Ghosh sequences," repeatable classes that fit within the goals and practices of Ghosh Yoga — namely building the foundations of functional mobility (strength and flexibility), breath, balance and relaxation. So we offer a couple below.
