"Scott and Ida are outstanding ambassadors for yoga. Their knowledge of the heritage and rich tradition of India is only outmatched by their precise knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the human body. I highly recommend this training for anyone interested in learning about the what, why, and how of yoga history. I will continue my training with this school and with these teachers." - Stephen R.

"I took this course not to become a teacher, but to expand and deepen and provide some accountability for my own practice. It was hugely beneficial for all of those goals. The material, the community, the practice - everything was so helpful. Scott and Ida are amazing teachers: clear, focused, supportive, open, knowledgeable, generous. You will not regret taking this course." -Nancy
