BREATHING & PRANAYAMA
4 two-hour sessions in September 2020.
Learn the foundations of proper breathing and yogic pranayama. Each week will include a lecture and a led practice, along with take-home lessons to use on your own.
You will understand how to breathe properly and why it is important to health and yogic practice. You will be prepared to continue and develop your own pranayama practice for 1-2 years.
4 ninety-minute classes in September.
Led classes to build the strength, focus and control necessary for balancing. This includes center of gravity, feet, knees, hips and spine.
